We'd hate to see you go! But we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to close your account.
If your account is funded, simply withdraw the funds to your linked bank account by signing in from a web browser and clicking on your name in the top-right corner of your account > Withdrawals. Once there is nothing left in your account, you can click on the account and you should see the option to "remove it".
If you run into any trouble or would like to delete your entire Wealthsimple profile, simply submit a request to our Relationship Management team and we'll help you out.
