What is the Promotion?

The Wealthsimple AirPods Pro promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to select Wealthsimple clients who deposit or transfer at least $30,000 into their Wealthsimple Stocks & ETFs, Managed Investing, Crypto or Save account from January 31, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. ET to February 28, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”). Wealthsimple will mail one pair of AirPods Pro 2nd Generation to the Canadian residential address of the client’s choosing (the “Reward”). Transfers must be received from a third party not affiliated with Wealthsimple to be eligible. Direct deposits, deposits into a Wealthsimple Cash account and deposits into a GRSP are excluded.

Who can Qualify?

The Reward is non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotion codes
and cannot be applied retroactively. Limit of 1 Reward per qualified client. Must be a resident of
Canada.

When will I get my AirPods?

The Reward will be mailed to the Canadian residential mailing address of your choosing within 21 days after the Promotional Period, or 21 days of your deposit or transfer being complete, whichever comes later. All transfers and deposits must be initiated during the Promotional Period, and must be completed within 60 days of the end of the Promotional Period, to be eligible.

This Promotion is valid for eligible users of Wealthsimple Stocks & ETFs offered by Wealthsimple Investments Inc., Wealthsimple Managed Investing offered by Wealthsimple Inc., Wealthsimple Crypto offered by Wealthsimple Digital Assets Inc., or Wealthsimple Save offered by Wealthsimple Investments Inc., who successfully deposit or transfer at least $30,000 into their Stocks & ETFs, Crypto, Save or Managed Investing accounts during the Promotional Period. Only deposits into accounts for which the depositor is the primary account holder are eligible. All amounts shown are in Canadian dollars. Transfers must be received from a third party not affiliated with Wealthsimple to be eligible. Eligibility for the Reward will be calculated based on cumulative deposits plus transfers into your Wealthsimple Managed Investing, Stocks & ETFs, Crypto and/or Save accounts less withdrawals made from any Wealthsimple account throughout the Promotional Period. For example, if you deposit $20,000 into your Wealthsimple Managed Investing RRSP, transfer $15,000 into your Stocks & ETFs account from another institution and withdraw $3,000 from your Save account during the Promotional Period, the net deposit amount used to determine eligibility for the Reward would be $32,000.

Customers who receive a Reward must maintain their net deposits across their Wealthsimple accounts for 365 days from the end of the Promotional Period or the value of the Reward ($329) may be deducted from their final withdrawal amount or otherwise recovered by Wealthsimple. Withdrawals, transfers out, e-transfers and card spending are all considered withdrawals and affect the calculation of net deposits. The Reward is non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other sign-up offers or promotion codes and cannot be applied retroactively. Limit of 1 Reward per qualified user. Wealthsimple reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this Promotion at any time without notice.
