While logged in to your Wealthsimple profile on the Wealthsimple Cash app, tap your wallet balance at the top of the screen. From there, tap the "Withdraw" button and enter the details for the withdrawal including the amount and the bank account you'd like the funds to go to. Click "Submit withdrawal" and you're done!
