Your "available to withdraw" amount represents how much settled (and cleared) cash is in your account and can be withdrawn.
Sometimes the amount you have available to withdraw will be different from the amount you have available to trade. Typically this would be because of one or a combination of the following:
- You have made a recent deposit,
- You have a pending purchase order, or,
- You have a pending internal transfer from that account
New deposits cannot be withdrawn until they meet the mandatory 5 business day clearing period. We also reserve the cash in your account required to fulfill pending buy orders (you can cancel eligible outstanding orders to free up this cash to be withdrawn). And lastly, if you've submitted a request to transfer cash internally from your Crypto account to an eligible Trade account, you will not be able to withdraw that cash until the internal transfer is complete (at which point you can submit a request to withdraw from the Trade account instead).
