To submit an order, you'll first need to find a stock or ETF you'd like to purchase. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and, you'll then be able to search for the security you'd like to buy (you can search by company name or symbol). Once you find the security, you can select it and you'll be taken to a stats overview and information page. Alternatively, you can click on any held stocks within your portfolio to get to the same page!

At the very bottom, there will be the option to buy, select this and choose which account you'd like to purchase this in.
Once you're in the order submission tab, you can select the order type at the top of the screen to choose between a Market Buy, Limit Buy or a Stop-Limit Buy.

You can also see the security's price above the keypad and, you can also check out the bid and ask prices by clicking the ℹ︎ beside the prices. Use the keypad to enter the limit price (if applicable) and quantity desired. Once satisfied, tap "Continue" to see the complete details and confirm the order to submit.
