You can view and cancel your pre-authorized contributions (auto-deposits) or one-time deposit requests from the "Move Funds" page of your account. Please note that deposit requests are processed daily and cannot be cancelled once the request has been sent to your bank.
Desktop computer:
1) Sign in to your Wealthsimple profile
2) Navigate to the 'Move Funds' page
3) Click the underlined 'Cancel' on the right-hand side for the deposit(s) you wish to cancel.
Mobile app:
1) Sign in to your Wealthsimple profile
2) Navigate to the 'Move Funds' tab
3) Tap the icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
4) Tap 'Cancel' and confirm you'd like to cancel the deposit and/or auto-deposit.
