What if I think the information displayed on my tax slip is incorrect?

If you believe an amount is incorrectly displayed on your tax slip please create a request so we can assist you. Please specify exactly what you believe is inaccurate so we can service you better.

If the personal details listed on your tax slip are incorrect or outdated (for example you moved to a new address or changed your last name) this is okay - as long as your SIN matches the CRA will still consider the other details on the tax slip to be accurate.
