Sync your PIN
After setting up your Wealthsimple Cash card PIN for your physical card, you will also need to make sure that you sync it. To sync your PIN:
- Make an in-person purchase with your chip (not tap) under $200, or at an ATM)
- Use your PIN
- Your PIN should now be synced
Note: If you're not asked to use your PIN, don't worry - this is normal and your new PIN should still be synced.
Update your PIN
If you wish to update your PIN, you can follow the steps below —
- Call our automated support line at +1 877-868-0854
- Select option 3 from the list of options
- Follow the instructions to update your PIN
- Make an in-person purchase with your chip (not tap) under $200 to ensure your new PIN is synced with your card
Tip: When asked to provide your Wealthsimple Cash card number, make sure you give the number on your physical card and not your digital card.
