You can easily and securely manage your Wealthsimple Prepaid Mastercard PIN in the Wealthsimple app. This guide walks you through syncing a newly created PIN. Follow these steps to ensure your PIN works correctly at payment terminals and ATMs.

Syncing your PIN

After setting up your Wealthsimple prepaid Mastercard PIN for your physical card, you'll also need to sync it.

To sync your PIN:

1. Insert your card to make a purchase or withdraw money from an ATM.
2. Enter your new PIN. If the card reader says that your PIN failed, enter it 3 more times. This is normal.
3. Your new PIN will be synced.
