Lock your digital or physical Wealthsimple Cash card

You can lock both your physical and digital Wealthsimple Cash card. Locking your card will prevent funds from being spent until the card is unlocked.

  1. Sign into the Wealthsimple app on your mobile device
  2. Tap the Cash tab (Card icon) at the bottom of the screen
  3. Tap on the card icon at the top right of the screen
  4. Select the Lock card menu item
  5. Use the toggle to lock the virtual card, physical card or both
