How do I report contributions to my pension plan that are not reported on a slip?

If you made a contribution to your RPP that is not reported on a T4 or T4A, you can claim them in the RPP Contributions Not Showing on a T4 or T4A Slip section. Type “RPP contributions” in the search box to add that section.

Enter receipts for deductible past service pension adjustments (PSPA) and service buyback contributions in the RPP Contributions Not Showing on a T4 or T4A Slip section as well.
