Are you having trouble using the 2FA code to log into your account?

Try these steps:

1. Navigate to the top of the screen, near where you see the webpage URL. Just above this, you'll see your active tabs. 
2. Beside the tab you're currently using, you'll see a "+" symbol or a "new tab" button.
3. Click on this “+” symbol to open a new tab.
4. On this new tab, go to your email, log in, and find your verification code at the top of your inbox.
5. Copy or write down the code from your email and click on the previous tab you were using to access the Wealthsimple Login screen. 
6. Enter the code in the space provided.

Alternative method: 

1. At the top of the screen, you should see a toolbar with your browser name and several tabs such as "file", "edit", "history", "bookmarks", etc
2. Click on File 
3. Select New Tab
4. On this new tab, go to your email, log in, and find your verification code at the top of your inbox.
5. Copy or write down the code from your email and click on the previous tab you were using to access the Wealthsimple Login screen. 
6. Enter the code in the space provided.
