Absolutely! If you are charged by an existing provider for transfer fees on any investment transfer greater than £5,000, we will happily reimburse your transfer fees. When the transfer is complete, please send a digital copy of your statement showing the transfer fees to support@wealthsimple.com and we will happily reimburse you.
Note: Wealthsimple will not reimburse exit charges on your existing product that might be applied by your existing provider if you move, or trading fees on sale of assets. Some wealth managers charge hefty exit fees if you move your portfolio. You should check this before you move. We don't charge exit fees because we think if you move your money away from us you should be able to without a penalty.
