View your activity and order history
Your activity and order history will show you any deposits, withdrawals, trades, or any other activity within your account. To view your activity and order history, follow the instructions below —
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select Activity from the top menu
- You will see a full list of your activity, including deposits, withdrawals, buy and sell orders, dividends received, and more
- On the right-hand side, you can Filter by different types of transactions, accounts, holdings, timeframes, and statuses
- Sign in to the Wealthsimple app on your mobile device
- Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen
- You will see a full list of deposits, withdrawals, buy orders, sell orders, and dividends received.
- Tap the Filter icon in the top right corner to filter by different types of transactions, accounts, holdings, timeframes, and statuses
View your account holdings
You can view your managed account holdings and the assets you’ve purchased through trading by following the instructions below:
Self-directed investing
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select your desired self-directed account and scroll down to Holdings
- Here, you will see a list of securities that you own within that particular account
Managed portfolios
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select a Managed account
- Beside the Holdings heading, select View and manage
- You will then be shown a page with a breakdown of your portfolio holdings
Self-directed investing
- Sign in to the Wealthsimple app on your mobile device
- From the Home tab, tap your desired account
- Scroll down to the Portfolio section
- Here, you will see a list of assets that you own within that particular account
Managed portfolios
- Sign into the Wealthsimple app on your mobile device
- From the Home tab, tap your desired managed account
- Scroll down to Holdings
- Tap View and manage
- Here, you will see your portfolio holdings
View your account number
You can find your account number by following the steps below:
- Sign in to the Wealthsimple app on your mobile device
- From the Home tab, tap your desired account
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner
- The account number is at the top of the screen
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select your Profile in the top right-hand corner
- Choose Settings from the menu
- Select Accounts from the options
- Select an account
- The account number is at the top of the page
You can also find your account numbers at any time in each of your trade confirmations, monthly statements, and the Investor Policy Statement.
View your account graphs and earnings
You can view graphs and earnings for each of your accounts by following the instructions below —
Self-directed investing
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select your desired self-directed account
- A new page will open with an overview of the selected account
Managed portfolios
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select your desired Managed account
- A new page will open where you can toggle between Plan and History, and view your account graphs and earnings
Self-directed investing
- Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
- From the Home tab, select your desired account
- This page will offer an overview of the selected account
- Press and hold on the chart to see the difference between your net deposits and portfolio value
Managed portfolios
- Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
- From the Home tab, select your desired managed account
- Here, you can toggle between Plan and History, and view your account graphs and earnings
View pending withdrawals
You can view a pending withdrawal by following the instructions below:
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select Activity from the top menu
- On the right under Filters, open the Type menu
- Select Withdrawals
- Open the Status menu
- Select Pending
- You will see any pending withdrawals here
- Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
- Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the Filter menu in the top-right corner
- Tap the Type menu
- Select Withdrawals
- Tap the arrow in the top-left corner to return to the filter menu
- Tap the Status menu
- Select Pending, then tap Done
- You will see any pending withdrawals here
View your scheduled activities
If you have at least one scheduled transaction set up, you can view and manage your scheduled activities by following the instructions below:
- Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
- Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the Scheduled activities banner at the top of the screen
- You will see all scheduled activities
- Tap an activity to view its details, modify (if applicable) or cancel the activity
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Click the Activity tab at the top of the screen
- Click the Scheduled activities banner at the top of the screen
- You will see all scheduled activities
- Select an activity to view its details, modify (if applicable) or cancel the activity
The following scheduled activities are available to view:
- Recurring buy
- Auto-deposit
- Scheduled deposit
- Recurring bill pay
- Scheduled bill pay
- Scheduled e-transfer
- Scheduled EFT withdrawal
- Recurring EFT withdrawal
