Overview
You can view all deposits, withdrawals, trade orders, corporate actions, and any other activity within your Wealthsimple accounts. You can also view all scheduled activities, including recurring buys, auto-deposits, scheduled bill payments, and more.
How to view your activity
Follow the steps to view your activity:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen
- You'll see a full list of activities
- Tap the Filter icon in the top right corner to filter by accounts, type of activity, status, holdings, and timeframe
- Tap an activity to view its details
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select Activity from the main menu
- You'll see a full list of activities
- On the right-hand side, you can Filter by accounts, type of activity, holdings, status, and timeframe
- Select an activity to view its details
How to view your scheduled activities
If you have at least one scheduled transaction set up, you can view and manage your scheduled activities by following the instructions below:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the Scheduled activities banner at the top of the screen
- You will see all scheduled activities
- Tap an activity to view its details, modify (if applicable) or cancel the activity
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Click the Activity tab at the top of the screen
- Click the Scheduled activities banner at the top of the screen
- You will see all scheduled activities
- Select an activity to view its details, modify (if applicable) or cancel the activity
The following scheduled activities are available to view:
- Recurring buy
- Auto-deposit
- Scheduled deposit
- Recurring bill pay
- Scheduled bill pay
- Scheduled Interac e-Transfer®
- Scheduled EFT withdrawal
- Recurring EFT withdrawal
How to add transaction notes
Adding a note to your transactions can help you remember the purpose of a deposit, withdrawal, or internal transfer, especially when you have multiple recurring activities. You can add, edit, or remove notes from eligible transactions right in the app or on the web.
Eligibility
Currently, you can add notes to one-off and recurring deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
How to add a transaction note
Follow these steps to add a note to an eligible transaction:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Tap the Activity (clock) icon at the bottom of your screen
- Tap on the specific transaction you want to annotate
- Tap Add note
- Type your note in the text field
- Tap Save
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select the Activity tab
- Select the specific transaction you want to annotate
- Select Add note
- Type your note in the text field
- Select Save
How to edit or remove a note
You can change or delete a note you've added at any time:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Tap the Activity (clock) icon at the bottom of your screen
- Tap on the specific transaction you want to annotate
- Tap the Pencil icon
- To edit, make your changes and tap Save
- To remove, delete all the text from the note and tap Save
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select the Activity tab
- Select the specific transaction you want to annotate
- Select the Pencil icon
- To edit, make your changes and select Save
- To remove, delete all the text from the note and select Save
