To update your company banking information, follow these steps:
- Obtain an official and professional void cheque or direct deposit PDF.
- Ensure the document is less than 1 year old.
- Confirm the legal name on the document matches the legal name of your organization.
- Reach out to your dedicated Client Success Manager or contact our support team to submit the document.
Note: Changes to banking information due to an acquisition or merger may require additional steps.
Processing time
It takes up to 5 business days to process the change and reflect it in your Wealthsimple profile.
