What is DoubleZero?
DoubleZero is a decentralized infrastructure protocol designed to provide high-performance networking for distributed systems, including blockchains and real-time applications. The protocol focuses on optimizing data transmission by leveraging dedicated bandwidth and specialized networking hardware, rather than relying on the public internet.
What is 2Z?
The native token of the protocol, 2Z, operates on the Solana network. 2Z serves as the utility token of the DoubleZero ecosystem, enabling users to access network services and participate in the protocol’s economic model. 2Z supports core functions including rewarding contributors who provide bandwidth and infrastructure, facilitating payments for network usage, and supporting staking mechanisms that help secure network operations. The token has a total supply of 10 billion units, with approximately 3.47 billion 2Z in circulation at the time of this publication.
