Terms and conditions
The Wealthsimple Prepaid Mastercard ATM fee reimbursement offer (the “Offer”) is valid for new and existing users of the Wealthsimple Prepaid Mastercard (“Card”). The ATM fee reimbursement, which may be subject to change, only applies to ATM transactions conducted through the Card. While Wealthsimple does not charge additional ATM fees, withdrawals may be subject to a fee charged by ATM providers. All Wealthsimple Chequing clients are eligible to receive unlimited ATM fee reimbursements. Reimbursements will be made to the chequing account linked to the Card within 3-4 business days after the ATM transaction settles. Reimbursements can only be deposited into an open chequing account. If the chequing account is closed prior to the reimbursement and there is no other open chequing account associated with the Card, the reimbursement will be forfeited.
Wealthsimple Payments Inc. (“Wealthsimple”) shall have the right at any time to require proof of transaction receipt. Failure to provide such proof may result in the ATM fee not receiving a reimbursement. Wealthsimple reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not reimburse the user should the user supply untruthful, incomplete, or inaccurate transaction proof.
Wealthsimple reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Offer at any time without notice. Wealthsimple is the sole arbiter of these rules, the determination of eligible ATM withdrawal, and any other issue arising in connection with the Offer. If Wealthsimple suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system or a violation of these terms, Wealthsimple reserves the right to remove all reimbursements from the applicable Wealthsimple chequing account(s) and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, closing the applicable Wealthsimple chequing account.
