Importing bill payees directly from your bank account saves you time and reduces errors. Instead of manually adding a payee, you can import them all at once to smoothly transition your bill payments to your chequing account (including Business chequing accounts).

Eligible banks

We support importing bill payees from the following banks:

• TD Bank
• Scotiabank
• Simplii Financial
• Tangerine
• EQ Bank
• BMO
• CIBC
• RBC

How to import bill payees

Follow these steps to import bill payees from another bank account:

1. Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
2. Tap a chequing account
3. Tap Pay bills
4. Tap Add payee
5. Choose Add all payees at once
6. Tap the bank to import payees from
7. Review the sign in information
8. Tap Next
9. Sign in to your bank account
10. Follow the prompts to import bill payees
