Overview
If your Wealthsimple Visa Infinite* Credit Card is lost or stolen, you can lock your card and request a free replacement. You can continue to use your Wealthsimple profile while you wait for your replacement card.
Request a replacement credit card
Once you request a replacement credit card, we will cancel your old card and send you a new one. Your new physical card will arrive within 5–7 business days. Your new virtual card is available instantly in the Wealthsimple mobile app as soon as we reissue it.
To request a replacement credit card:
- Call our Client Success team.
- Request a replacement credit card.
- Provide any additional information required, such as the reason for the replacement.
Lock your credit card
If you misplace your credit card, you can lock it to prevent unauthorized transactions. For instructions on how to lock or unlock your card, visit Lock or unlock your credit card.
