You can check your subscription status and billing dates, review your monthly fees, or update your billing account for your USD accounts by following the steps below:
- Open the Wealthsimple app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Status and subscriptions menu item.
- Tap USD accounts.
- Review your subscription details.
Reactivate an expiring subscription
If you cancelled your subscription, then your last billing cycle is automatically extended for 60 days for no additional cost. Your subscription will cancel at the end of the extended billing cycle.
If you'd like to reactivate your subscription, simply tap Reactivate at the bottom of the Subscription page.
Update your billing payment source
If you'd like to change your billing account, tap on Billing account and select a different account.
Tip: If you don't want to worry about having enough cash in your account each month, consider setting up an auto-deposit to cover your subscription fee.
