Overview
Learn how to manage your paid USD accounts in the Wealthsimple app or the web. This applies to you if you're paying a $10 subscription fee for USD accounts.
You can review your subscription details, reactivate your subscription, and update your billing payment source.
Review your subscription details
You can check the following details of your USD account subscription:
- Subscription status
- Billing dates
- Monthly fees
You can also update your billing account.
Follow these steps to review your subscription details:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Tap the Profile (person) icon at the top-right of the screen
- Scroll down and tap USD accounts
- Review your subscription details
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select the Profile menu in the bottom left corner
- Select Settings from the menu
- Select Investments
- Select USD accounts
- Review your subscription details
Reactivate your subscription
If you cancelled your subscription, it'll automatically be extended for 100 days at no extra cost. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of this period.
If you want to reactivate your subscription, follow the steps above and select Renew at $10/month (Wealthsimple app) or toggle on Open USD accounts (web).
Update your billing payment source
To change your billing account, follow the steps above, select Billing account (Wealthsimple app) or Change billing account (web), and select a different account.
