Learn how to manage your paid USD accounts in the Wealthsimple app. This applies to you if you're paying a $10 subscription fee for USD accounts.
You can review your subscription details, reactivate your subscription, and update your billing payment source.
Review your subscription details
You can check the following details of your USD account subscription:
- Subscription status
- Billing dates
- Monthly fees
You can also update your billing account.
Follow these steps to review your subscription details:
- Open the Wealthsimple app on your mobile device
- Tap on the Profile icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down and tap USD accounts under More
- Review your subscription details
Reactivate your subscription
If you cancelled your subscription, it'll automatically be extended for 100 days at no extra cost. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of this period.
If you want to reactivate your subscription, follow the steps above and tap Reactivate at the bottom of the Subscription page.
Update your billing payment source
To change your billing account, follow the steps above and tap Billing account and select a different account.
