Setting up direct deposit into your Wealthsimple chequing account with ADP involves a few steps. These steps might vary slightly depending on your organization's setup. This guide provides general instructions to help you through the process.
Setting up direct deposit with ADP
- Log in: Start by logging into your ADP account through the ADP website or the ADP mobile app.

Go to the Direct Deposit Section:
- On the ADP home screen, select the Myself tab or icon.
- Select Pay from the dropdown menu.
- Select Payment Options or Direct Deposit.

Add a New Bank Account: Select the option to Add New or Add Account. Then, enter your Wealthsimple chequing account details, including:
- Routing number: 070300001
- Account number: 8 digits
- Account type: chequing
- Set deposit amounts: Decide how to distribute your paycheque. You can deposit all of it into one account or split it between multiple accounts. Allocate the correct percentages or amounts to your new bank account.
- Review and confirm: Carefully review the information you've entered. Select Submit or Save to confirm your changes.
- Verification (if required): Some banks or employers might require you to verify the new account. If this is the case, follow the instructions provided to complete the verification process.
- Confirmation and notifications: You should receive a confirmation message indicating that your direct deposit information has been updated. You may also receive an email notification about the changes.
