- If you're already logged into globeandmail.com, log out first
- Sign in to the Wealthsimple mobile app
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap The Globe and Mail reward
- Tap the button to access your unique redemption link
- Complete the form with your email

I’m already a subscriber. How do I claim my free subscription?
You’ll need to cancel your current subscription by calling 1-800-387-5400 before activating this reward. Once you end your subscription, follow the instructions in-app or above to set up your subscription.
I’m unable to redeem my code through the Globe and Mail app
You will need to register through the Globe and Mail website on a web browser (not the app). Once you have registered, you will be able to log in and use the subscription through the Globe and Mail app.
How do I claim my free subscription for an existing The Globe and Mail account that uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) login via Apple/Google is not currently available for subscriptions that are claimed as part of an offer. Please call 1-800-387-5400 to have your email untethered from the MFA account (Apple, Google, etc.) before activating this reward. Once done, follow the instructions in-app or above to set up your subscription.
