Overview
We've redesigned your account list on the Wealthsimple app to make accounts easier to see and customize. You can now pin accounts to your Home tab to see only the accounts you use most frequently. This lets you tailor your experience to your specific needs.
How to customize your account list
Pin or unpin an account
To pin or unpin an account, follow these steps:
- Tap the edit icon at the top of the account list on the home screen
- Select the accounts you want to pin or unpin by checking the box next to each one
- Tap the back arrow
Reorder your accounts
To reorder your accounts, follow these steps:
- Tap the edit icon at the top of the account list on the home screen
- Drag and drop the account cards using the three-bar icon to arrange them in your preferred order.
- Tap the back arrow
- Tap save changes
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see all my accounts on the home screen?
Only your pinned accounts will appear on the Home tab. To see all your accounts, tap the pinned accounts label above your account list.
How many accounts can I pin to my home screen?
You can pin as many accounts as you have.
I pinned an account, but it disappeared from my home screen. What happened?
Try refreshing the home screen. If the account is still missing, try unpinning and re-pinning it.
