Overview
As an admin, you can download a CSV file with your employees' profile information directly from your company's group plan dashboard. The file includes personal, employment, and account information for your entire workforce, so you can manage accounts and check enrollment status without opening each employee's profile one by one.
Download your employee list
Follow these steps to download your employee list CSV file:
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select the Profile menu
- Select your employer name from the menu
- Go to the Employees tab
- Click the download icon next to the search bar
- Save the CSV file to your computer
What's included in the file
The CSV includes three types of information for each employee:
- Personal information: details like name and contact information
- Employment information: details like employment status and start date
- Account information: details like plan type and enrollment status
Review the fields included in the report:
- ws_id
- first_name
- last_name
- email_address
- default_email_language
- job_title
- annual_salary
- employee_id
- employment_start_date
- employee_status
- contribution_plan_name
- dpsp_eligibility_date (if applicable)
- dpsp_vesting_start_date (if applicable)
- account_status (1 column for each supported account type)
Frequently asked questions
Can I download information for only some employees?
The download includes your full employee list in one file. You can filter or sort the data after opening it in a spreadsheet program to focus on specific employees.
