You can log in to your Wealthsimple profile on the mobile app or website. While you can always use your email and password, we recommend setting up a passkey for the fastest and most secure experience.
Log in with a passkey (recommended)
To log in with a passkey, follow these steps:
- Open the Wealthsimple app or go to the Wealthsimple website
- Tap or click Log in with a passkey
- Follow your device's prompts to use your face, fingerprint, or PIN

- Enter your password

Frequently asked questions
I can’t log in. What do I do?
If you can’t log in:
- Reset your password by clicking Forgot your password? on the login screen.
- If resetting your password doesn’t work, contact our support team.
I can't use my two-factor authentication method to log in. What do I do?
You might need to reset your two-factor authentication method to regain access to your Wealthsimple account. This could be because you've lost your phone, switched to a new authenticator app, or are having trouble receiving authentication codes.
How many passkeys can I have?
You can set up to five passkeys on your account.
