You can review and download your Wealthsimple Visa Infinite* credit card activities directly in the Wealthsimple app. Checking your transactions regularly helps you keep track of your balance and identify any unauthorized transactions.
How to review your transactions
Follow these steps to review your transactions:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Select your credit card account
- Scroll down to Activity
- Here, you can review your transactions
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select your credit card account
- Scroll down to Activity
- Here, you can review your transactions

Download your activities summary
You can download a CSV file of your credit card activities from a web browser. We don't support this feature in the app.
Follow these steps to download your activities CSV:
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select your credit card account
- Scroll down to Activity
- Select Download activities
- Choose your credit card account
- Follow the prompts to download your CSV file
Frequently asked questions
Why didn't my transaction go through?
Your transaction may be declined for several reasons, including:
- You have insufficient available credit
- You entered incorrect information (for example, expiry date, CVV)
- The payment processor suspected suspicious activity
- Your card is blocked
- Your account's in bad standing (you have an overdue payment)
