How to submit an insurance claim
Step 1: Find your certificate of insurance
You’ll need your certificate of insurance before you can start a claim. Follow these steps to find your certificate of insurance:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Tap your Credit Card account
- Select the Card Settings gear icon in the top right corner
- Under the Documents heading, select Account documents
- Select Certificate of Insurance
Step 2: Contact the claims management company
