Overview
Your Wealthsimple Visa Infinite* credit card comes with a pre-loaded PIN you can use right away—no activation required. You can view or change your PIN in the Wealthsimple mobile app.
View your PIN
If you can't remember your PIN, you can view your PIN for 30 seconds after you're authenticated.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
- From the Home tab, tap your Credit Card
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top right corner
- Select View PIN
- Choose how to receive your one-time password
- Scroll down to enter the password
- Tap Reveal PIN
Change your PIN
Follow these steps to change your PIN:
- Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
- From the Home tab, tap your Credit Card
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top right corner
- Select Change PIN
- Follow the prompts to change your PIN
After you change your PIN, you must make a purchase using your old PIN to activate the new one. Your new PIN will work for future purchases.
Troubleshoot changing your PIN
If you can't change your PIN, your card might be blocked. This happens when you enter the incorrect PIN multiple times at a payment terminal. Please contact our Client Success team for help changing your PIN.
