Overview
You can view and download your Wealthsimple Visa Infinite* or Visa Infinite Privilege* credit card monthly statement directly in the Wealthsimple app or on the web.
Your statement is generated on either the 5th, 15th, or 25th of each month, depending on when you originally signed up for your credit card.
How to view and download your statement
When your statement is ready, you'll receive a push notification on your phone to view it. You can download your statement in a PDF or CSV file. Please note that you can only download CSV files on the web.
Follow these steps to view and download your monthly statement:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- Select your credit card account
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top right corner of your screen
- Tap Statements to view your monthly statements
- Choose a statement to view its details
- To download a PDF, tap the document icon in the top right corner
- Follow the prompts on your phone to download the PDF
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select the Profile menu in the top right corner
- Choose Documents
- Select the Filters menu
- Select Account
- Check your credit card account
- Close the menu
- Review your available statements
- Select Open on your desired statement
- The PDF will open in a new tab
- Follow the prompts in the browser to download the PDF
Frequently asked questions
How do my transactions appear on my statements?
Transactions, fees, interest, and other charges show up as negative charges, while payments, credits/reimbursements, and refunds should show up as positive charges.
If I close my credit card, will I still be able to view my statements?
Yes. You can still access your statements even after your account is closed.
Are paper statements available?
Not at the moment. We only offer electronic statements.
