I lost my card. How can I get a replacement?

We aren't offering replacement cards at this time. We recommend using your virtual card by adding it to your digital wallet while we work on changes to our physical prepaid cards. Sign up to be notified when physical cards are available again

Can I get a Wealthsimple prepaid Mastercard for my joint chequing account?

You will need to open an individual chequing account in order to request a prepaid Mastercard, and then you can switch your card to spend from your joint chequing account.
