Frequently asked questions
How often is my savings summary updated?
Your savings summary is updated monthly, after each calendar month ends.
Why don't I see today's savings?
Your savings summary only includes completed calendar months. We add the current month after it ends and we process the data.
I just became a Premium or Generation client. Why don't I see any savings yet?
If you upgraded recently, you may need to wait until the end of your first full calendar month on your plan before you see savings in your summary.
Why is my savings total different from what I calculated?
Your savings summary is an estimate and may differ from a manual calculation because it compares your plan against Core, uses calendar months, and may have timing differences for when some benefits are recognized.
Can I download or export my savings summary?
Not yet. We're collecting feedback on features that clients would find helpful.
I see unclaimed benefits. What does this mean?
These are plan benefits you're eligible for but haven't activated yet. Tapping on these will take you to where you can set up these products to start earning additional value from your plan.
