Yes. The livestream replay is free and open to everyone, and you don't need a Wealthsimple account to watch it.
How can I get access to features that aren't available yet?
Some of the products we announced have a sign-up page. To hear when one is ready for you:

When can I get the all-new Wealthsimple app?
