Overview
You can view, modify, or cancel the following types of pending limit orders for stocks, options, or crypto.
Modify a pending limit order
Please review these considerations before modifying your order:
- You can't modify the quantity, duration, or account type of your order.
- Your limit order won’t lose its place in the order queue if you modify it.
- For stocks and options, limit orders modified outside of market hours are queued to execute when the market opens. The cost will reflect the original order cost until we get confirmation from the broker.
