We've made it easier and quicker to trade and manage your investments. You can now access your holdings in a new pop-out window when you log in to Wealthsimple on a laptop or computer. This feature lets you quickly view detailed information, customize the data you see, and execute a buy or sell trade directly from the same screen.

How to use the pop-out holdings experience

Follow these steps to access and use the pop-out holdings experience on web:

1. Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
2. Click on Holdings overview from your home screen
3. Your holdings will open in a separate pop-out window
4. To buy or sell a security, hover over the security's row in the table to reveal the Buy and Sell buttons
5. Click Buy or Sell to execute a trade from the pop-out screen
6. To customize the information displayed in the table, click the Gear icon on the top-right of the pop-out window
7. Check or uncheck the options you want to display, such as Total value or Day return %
8. To rearrange columns, click and drag the column header to your desired position

Customize your view

You can easily filter and reorder the information in the pop-out window to see exactly what matters to you. For example, you can remove columns that show daily changes or rearrange them to put Total value first.
