As a Wealthsimple Cash user, you can instantly use your virtual Wealthsimple Cash card by adding it to your phone wallet. You can also use your virtual card number to make purchases online. 

To request a physical Cash card for the first time (if you skipped it during onboarding), follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your Wealthsimple mobile app
2. Tap the Home tab at the bottom of your screen
3. Select your primary Cash account
4. Tap the card icon at the top-right of your screen
   
   Note: If you don't see the card icon, please check your other Cash accounts. If none of them have a card icon, please open a new individual Cash account. This one will be attached to your Cash card.
5. Follow the prompts on-screen to request your physical Cash card

You can expect to receive your physical Cash card within 7-10 business days. Once you receive your physical Cash card in the mail, you will need to activate it by following these steps.
