If you see the following message you’ll need to speak with the CRA: Your account is locked. If you need assistance, please contact us.
You must call the CRA on their general enquiries line. The CRA agent should be able to unlock your return.
Once your return is unlocked please email us (Wealthsimple Tax) with the specific NETFILE error so we can help you fix it before you attempt to submit again.
If the CRA agent was not able to unlock your account, you’ll need to print and mail your return to the CRA.
