As a Wealthsimple Generation client, you will gain access to DragonPass. DragonPass is a premium airport service provider where members gain access to the following:

What you get with Wealthsimple
With Wealthsimple Generation status, you will receive 10 free passes per calendar year that you can use for yourself or for anyone traveling with you. These passes can be used for airport lounges offered by DragonPass.
Get started with DragonPass
Once qualifying for Wealthsimple Generation, you will receive a one-time code by email that you can use at registration. This code is what will give you access to DragonPass. Make sure that you do not create an account before using this code.
To enter this code, follow the steps below:
- Download the DragonPass mobile app
- Tap Sign up
- Choose Activate Account Benefit
- Enter your 16-digit membership number, along with the activation code from your email
- Enter your email address and other personal information
- Verify your email
- Choose a password and confirm it
- Your membership should now be activated
Frequently asked questions
Do my passes expire?
Yes, you have one year from the activation date to use your passes, after that they expire. For example, if you activate your membership on June 1, 2023, you will have until May 31, 2024, to use your 10 passes.
Can I buy additional passes beyond the 10 I get with Wealthsimple?
Yes, you can purchase additional passes through the DragonPass app for $32 USD per pass.
Can I pre-book access to the lounge?
Access to the lounge is subject to availability on the day and you cannot pre-book a specific time or date.
Are children charged the same price?
Children under the age of 2 years are admitted free of charge into the lounge. However, anyone aged 2 years and over will be charged a visit unless stated on the lounge page in the app.
How do I add an additional visit to my membership?
You can add visits through the DragonPass app by following the steps below:
- Open your DragonPass app;
- Click on the 'Profile' (at the bottom right of the home page);
- Then click on 'Memberships' (the card image on the left in the center of the Profile page);
- Then click on '+Add Visit(s)' (at the bottom left);
- Follow the instructions to complete the purchase of your visit.
Once you have successfully topped up the visit(s) the number of available visits will show in their membership card image.
What happens when my membership expires, will my lounge visits expire?
Lounge visits will only expire after the contract end date. All unused lounge visits will automatically renew for 1 twelve-month period. After this 12-month period, they will expire.
Can my DragonPass be extended?
DragonPass memberships will be automatically renewed on the expiry date for 12 months including any unused purchased lounge visits.
What will happen if my net deposits drop below $500,000?
We will not revoke DragonPass access. However, we will not renew your DragonPass membership for another year unless you reach Wealthsimple generation status again.

At Wealthsimple, we can help you out with general information about what DragonPass offers and how to use it.
