- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- From the Home tab, tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap the Support (headset) icon in the top right corner
- Select Chat with us 24/7
- Log in to your Wealthsimple account
- Select the chat widget in the bottom right corner of the screen
