Follow these steps to access chat when signed into Wealthsimple:
- Log in to the Wealthsimple app
- From the Home tab, tap the Profile (person) icon in the top-right corner
- Tap the Chat bubble icon in the top-right corner
- Select Chat with us
- Log in to your Wealthsimple profile
- Select the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen
Note: When you contact our support team, we may send a one-time code to your phone to verify your identity. The message will say: "Give this support code to the Wealthsimple agent who is helping you with your request: [CODE]. This is not a login 2FA code." Simply read the code to the agent you're speaking with.
